Honestly, customer service like this is so rare these days. I ordered a mirror for my car from Partzo, but when it arrived we discovered my car was actually the facelift model, so the mirror shape was different.

Bruce was absolutely fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Instead of making things difficult, he immediately worked with me to sort it out and offered to send another mirror for me to try. If the new one fits, I can simply send the original one back afterwards.

It’s becoming harder and harder to find businesses that genuinely care about helping their customers, and Bruce really went above and beyond. Friendly, helpful, understanding, and just genuinely great service.
