Do you ship from within New Zealand?

Yes. All our products are stocked locally in New Zealand and shipped directly from our domestic warehouse. We do not use dropshipping.

How fast will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM NZST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Otherwise, they are shipped the next business day.

Are your parts plug-and-play?

Most of our parts are designed for direct replacement with no modifications required. Please refer to the product description for compatibility and installation notes.

Yes. All products come with a minimum 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise. If you encounter any issues, contact our support team for assistance.

Can I pick up my order in person?

At this stage, we operate as an online-only store. All orders are dispatched via tracked courier services for efficient delivery nationwide.
