Christmas & New Year Shipping Update

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) on 19 December will be dispatched as usual, subject to courier capacity.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM on 19 December are open for ordering as normal.
Your order will be securely reserved, with priority dispatch starting from 8 January, processed strictly in the order received.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00pm NZST will be dispatched on the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm will be shipped on the next business day.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only. Shipping rates are calculated based on actual or volumetric weight, and whether the address is classified as Urban or Rural Delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track your parcel using the courier's website.

Return Policy

At PARTZO, we stand behind the quality of our automotive parts. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—within the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Return

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Return requests must include order number and reason for return.

Electrical components and clearance items are non-refundable unless proven faulty.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at info@partzo.co.nz. Once approved, you will be given return instructions. Please do not return items without prior authorisation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend tracked shipping. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
