Eligibility for Return
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Return requests must include order number and reason for return.
Electrical components and clearance items are non-refundable unless proven faulty.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at info@partzo.co.nz. Once approved, you will be given return instructions. Please do not return items without prior authorisation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend tracked shipping. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
